Basic Plan for Success

Everyone knows that the internet has changed the world forever.  The internet has allowed businesses all over the world to connect with customers in a whole new way.  It has leveled the playing field, allowing the “little guy” to compete with any of the larger, more established companies.

There are three key steps to succeeding online as a small business.

  • Be visible.  This means you need to have a web presence – whether that be a Google+ page, your own website, Facebook page, or any combination of any of these.  This is what people see when they look for you or a product/service that you provide.  What we help you do is to establish the correct presence and optimize them properly so you can be found before your competitors.  This also means you can’t be on page 59 of the Google results when someone is looking for you.  You need to be on the first page for the search term you are targeting and preferably, in the top spot for maximum effect.  We can help put you there.
  • Have a 5-Star Reputation.  This means that when they find you, they need to read positive reviews about your business from other customers.  There should be at least 10 positive reviews for any potential customer to read before they will pick up the phone and call you.  Encouraging your customer base to leave reviews is only half of the battle, you need to make sure they are glowing 5-star reviews.
  • Tell Everyone About Your 5-Star Rating.  Actively promoting yourself as a service provider with a 5-star rating is the last step to success.  Telling potential customers that they can look you up on Yelp, InsiderPages or Google to read positive customer reviews gives you credibility that you can’t buy.

There are many other tactics for bringing in more customers to your business, but this is the basic plan that will increase your business 10-100x, and is also the best starting point.
